Shane Warburton, CPA/MBA

Shane brings more than 15 years of diverse accounting, tax and business consulting experience to the firm. Graduating magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in accounting, later adding a Master of Business Administration. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Shane's career centers around helping small and medium sized businesses achieve their objectives and goals. His vast experience and skills serve as a basis to provide tax planning and preparation, payroll processing, compilation of financial statements and analytics of business data for clients. Finding ways to improve the processes and cash flow of the client's business has been the emphasis of his engagements. Client relationships formed over the years continue to be the highlight of working in the accounting industry.

Outside of the office Shane enjoys spending time with his wife, Malia and their three girls. Their family loves to be outdoors and can often be found on the weekends snow skiing at the local resort in the winter.

Eric Jacobsmeyer, CPA/CFP

Eric Jacobsmeyer has been working with business owners for over 15+ years. Eric has owned dental offices, partnered with large dental groups and helped a number of orthodontic and dental offices improve their profitability. Eric enjoys finding efficient ways to grow the over-all net-worth of his clients by offering specific business advisory solutions, impactful tax planning and personal financial advice.

Eric is a CPA with the PFS (personal financial specialist) designation as well as a CFP®. He graduated from Brigham Young University’s accounting program and worked for several large accounting firms (EY and EKS&H) in San Jose, CA and Denver, CO. Additionally, Eric worked in the banking industry helping high net-worth clients with business transition services and structuring their sophisticated wealth planning strategies.

Eric currently lives in Utah with his beautiful wife Keri and four children. Outside of work, Eric enjoys anything and everything outdoor with his family and away from the desk.
